Molly, who was raised in Pennsylvania, began performing professionally in Philadelphia at the Prince Music Theater at 13 years old. She was in The Snow Queen. She was then nominated as an Barrymore Award nominee for her role of Little Red Ridinghood at the Arden Theater's production Into the Woods. After her Broadway debut, at the tender age of 15 she reprised the role and won an award from the Drama League Award. Molly appeared in the Broadway revival of Fiddler on the Roof (2004). Then, she attended Princeton University and was a part of Princeton's Triangle Club. She graduated with a bachelor's degree 2008. She graduated in 2008 with the degree of B.A. During this time she also had her first film role in Disney s College Road Trip as Wendy Greenhut. After graduating Molly appeared in a variety of Off-Broadway productions, including End Days at Ensemble Studio Theater as well as in a few TV shows, including Royal Pains and an HBO Pilot The Wonderful Maladys. Molly has performed in many regional plays, among them The 25th Annual Putnam County Spelling Bee produced by Barrington Stage Company in 2008 as well as the North Shore Music Theatre's 2010 The Diary of Anne Frank at the Westport Country Playhouse in which Molly was Anne. Molly's best-known performance is on the set of Paranormal Activity 2 (2010), in which she portrays Ali her teenage daughter. She also starred in Last Man Standing (an ABC comedy written and directed by Tim Allen) and Jack Burditt's The 25th Annual Putnam County Spelling Bee in 2008.
