Dina Meyer was born at Forest Hills Queens New York. When she was finishing her junior year, she relocated to Queens into Dix Hills Long Island. Dina Meyer has two brothers. Gregory is her older brother and Evan is her younger. When she was between the ages of 9 between the ages of 16 and 19, her first exposure to the world of modeling was when she first began modeling. Ron Stetson taught her the Sanford Meisner acting technique at The Neighborhood Playhouse. The other actors who received such training are Sandra Bullock, Michael Douglas, Jeff Goldblum, Leslie Nielsen, Diane Keaton, as well as other actors. After moving into Los Angeles, she got her first part in Beverly Hills,90210. After securing the lead role in Johnny Mnemonic where she did majority of the stunts herself, she positioned herself as an actress that is physically fit. The agency she was represented by was Matt LeBlanc, so through her talent agent, she was able to secure a regular spot in the show Friends.
